Paul’s hands-on experience includes over $250 million in completed contracts and successful oversight of more than 100 residential and commercial projects. He’s licensed as a general contractor in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Texas, Oregon, and Hawaii, and his background spans land development, ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and full-scale investor coordination.

He started PJ Goodwin Enterprises after years of watching investors lose time and money due to poor communication, inconsistent oversight, and lack of planning. He saw a need for a contractor who not only understood construction—but understood how to lead projects like an investor. With that goal, he built a business focused on clear timelines, organized systems, and long-term value—not just getting the job done.
